I had a Jim/Pam moment today :3

except completely not.

I HAD A WEIRD TOBY/PAM MOMENT TODAY

Literally the scene in “Gay Witch Hunt”(?) or whatever when Toby goes up to reception and then gets all nervous and goes, “I completely forgot what I was going to ask” and leaves.  SAME THING HAPPENED TODAY!!!

I have been at this job for 3 days now? And some guy has mistaken casual, work small-talk with intimate flirting.  I think I’m just a girl who’s nice to him so he’s like, “okay yeah I can date her”.   He came back and asked me if I was “spoken for” and I lied and said yes.  To which he kept saying cool beans and talked about how “everyone” goes to this jazz bar after work sometime and then we swapped numbers so we can talk about work after parties.  Like I’m flattered that somebody thought in THREE DAYS I would know them well enough to go out with them but no, try again.  Oh, mind you, the total time we’ve spoken to each other in the three days maybe equates to 30 minutes so it’s not even like we’re having long talks or anything close to that.

It’s so hard being this good looking, it really is.
